    Thank you for your feedback.
    I think your problem is maybe, not applied to admin bar customize on frontend.
    Could you please try after checked to frontend?
    WP Admin UI Customize > Frontend > General > Admin bar

    Hi gqevu6bsiz,
    The option “Apply WP Admin UI Customize settings to the front bar” is in fact selected. The user sees the bar and it is filtered by the plugin, but what happens is the option for the other plugin goes away from the bar when I start to use the options offered by the WP Admin UI Customize plugin.

    Thank you for your working check.
    I also test working to apply admin bar on frontend and duplicate post, but duplicate post admin bar menu is not shown.

    I think other cause of your problem is maybe cache.
    If you using the cache plugin, could you please temporary remove the database cache and object cache after your wordpress backup?

    Then, duplicate post is possible to hidden menu of Duplicate Post setting menu.
    Settings > Duplicate Post > Display > Show links in
