Item prices wrong

  • Hello,
    After the automatic update, it seems something has happened and my item total are not coming across properly into pdf invoices. The final total is correct. I dont know how to upload a screen shot but would be happpy to give access to look into this.Kind regards

    Hi Nicole,
    Did you apply any discounts on this order? You can upload a sreenshot via https://imgur.com/ or another free image uploading site.

    Besides the backend, can you check the prices in the WooCommerce email? These should be identical to the prices in the free version (Simple template).
    I see two prices in the information you pasted here, $155 and $295. The Simple template only shows 1 price normally.

    Did you make any modifications in the template? Was this a backend order or a normal order placed via the checkout?

    Hello, No i didnt add a discount. The prices are all correct in the back end and the emails. I am using a simple template. The $295 was what the line item said on the back end it said 155 and then the subtotal was 295, then tax was added and then final total was 155. strange. The order was a normal order placed through the front end.
    I did all the troubleshooting from your “Must read” and have increased my memory. I am waiting for an order to come in to see if this is still an issue.

    Hello Nicole,
    The screenshot from the order shows the order total in the list of orders, but I need to see the order details/line item prices from the backend.

    I also noticed that it says ‘$50’ in the gift message. Perhaps this is related? What’s that from/for?

    I have just found out some others are also having this issue and have logged a ticket with Theme complete to look into.
