Item Specifics table empty

    Hi,

    after upgrade to latest version i can’t see item specifics fields in profile page in any ebay category. tested on 2 website.

    ajax call return also empty array
    …/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php?action=wple_getCategorySpecifics&id=31387…

    Is that the full error?

    Can you try clicking the “refresh details” link on the “Accounts” page of WP-Lister, then see if that fixes this? If not, please open a new ticket here: https://www.wplab.com/request-support/ with a link to this forum thread and provide the full error if that is not the entire error.

    i refreshed details but i can’t still see the table.
    i’ve opened a ticket

    I have the exact same issue, should I open up a ticket aswell?

    Hi @aykutaskeri,

    Yes please. if clicking the “refresh details” link on the “Accounts” page of WP-Lister didn’t help.
