Item visibility for just one customer only

Can we show a selected product to a certain single customer,
example: only Johnny Smith Can see this item??.Example Personal T-Shirt designs sold and each product made will only be visible for that specific customer
What am I looking for in Woo how to do this?

You can use the password protect on the Product’s publish options to restrict customers from viewing a product. Here’s an example of what it would look like
