Item won't be added to cart when having text addon

  • Hi ??

    I installed the plugin on Atelier swift theme and created group named “Initial”

    I choose the group to be associated with ‘wallets’ category and add “text” addon

    The text box appears as expected on the products, but when typing anything to the text box and clicking “add to cart”, the page refreshes without adding the product to the cart.

    The logic that I set to Woocommerce is that when adding product to cart it forwards the user to the cart with the product inside.

    Is itplugin’s bug?
    I will provide access to wp-admin if needed.

    Hi Daniel,

    We tried with same WooCommerce settings and we was not able to recreate this issue.

    Please try this things before reply:

    1) Deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce and YITH WooCommerce Product Add-Ons and see if the issue persist.

    2) Active a Twenty theme and see if the issue persist
