    Hi

    Can the %itemnumber% be altered to include a letter at the start or end. The letter would be static.

    Or can the %itemnumber% be change to start or continue from a set point? …ie 1001

    Hello @mrpetreli,

    If you are inserting the tag <%itemnumber%>, you simply should insert the text in front the tag, for example: XYZ<%itemnumber%>

    I was more so looking if it could be changed so the item number is recorded on PayPal as it is now

    Hello @mrpetreli,

    In this case, you simply should enter the XYZ<%itemnumber%> text through the “Product name” attribute in the form’s settings.
