    I installed the plugin to set up a wedding gift registry. I followed the instructions to set up the page with the shortcode and a gift registry.

    It’s ready to add products, but every time I try to add an item to the registry, I get a “success” message but the items don’t get added.

    I tried to add items using both the admin dashboard option, and in the front end by clicking the “add items” button.

    So you are saying that items don’t get added both from the admin and frontend? If you have cache on your site can you disable it and see if it works, otherwise I may need to take a look into the site myself.

    Hi! Yes, the products don’t get added at all. I have WP Rocket on my site – I don’t want to deactivate it because it affects the site speed negatively, but I used the option “never cache this page” when I created the gift registry.

    I can set up a staging site and send you the credentials privately, if you’re open to taking a look at the settings for me.

    Update: some products are showing up in the test gift registry now, but I’m still not able to edit it (add other products, remove products or update quantities).

    I’m marking this as resolved as you decided not to go ahead with the support request.

    Hello – I just wanted to add that I also have been experiencing exactly this same issue. Did plugin conflict testing, but no success. Is there any update on it?

    @algo1900 if you are having the same issue, then probably you would need to follow the same instructions I gave to @vpedrozo by setting up a staging site and sending me access details at [email protected] so that I can look into it.

    @vpedrozo decided to withdraw the support request later so I could not tell whether or how he was able to resolve the issue at his end.

    It’s been confirmed that the problem is with the cache system added to the site by the hosting provider. At the moment there is no way to fix the problem other than to disable the cache which is not practicable for some sites.

    So I will work towards getting this issue fixed on the plugin side in an upcoming update.

    If you are still experiencing this issue let me know as currently I’m not able to replicate it on my end.

    I think I would need to fix the issue directly on your staging site. I will need you to send me the login credentials to the site once again using the support email.
