Items get removed from cart when adding a new product

  • Hi! We’ve been using this plugin in conjunction with WPC Fly Cart and WPC Ajax Add to cart but there seems to be a conflict with this last one (Ajax Add to cart) since the last update when both plugins are activated items from cart get removed when a new product is added and only this product remains on the cart. We are keeping it disabled until we find a solution. Looking forward to your comments. Best!

    Hi @samrot ,

    With this plugin, you will need to check the plugin settings under WPClever >> Buy Now Button and choose if you have enabled the Reset cart option: https://prnt.sc/oRx0B1Q6wjRA or not. This will remove all other products when pressing the Buy Now button.

    Hi again @janilyn409! Thank you for your quick response.

    Yeah we did check that but the issue I described is happening when pressing on the Add to Cart button when this plugin and the Ajax plugin are both active. If we disable one of them then everything works fine (but we lack one of those functionalities).

    This why I’m guessing it’s a compatibility issue.
