Items in cart disappearing with Storefront theme

    I’m using the Storefront child theme with the Woo commerce plugin which was just updated. Now when adding an item to the cart, all items disappear when you click on view cart or proceed to checkout. Any idea what could be causing this?

    Secondly, I did check your site and could experience the issue. Can you please share with us your site’s System Status Report?

    You can get it by navigating to the WooCommerce / Status section of your site. Once there, click on the Get system report button and then copy it by clicking on the Copy for support button. Then paste it here in a comment.

    Thanks for sharing the system status report.

    I went to your store and tried adding “Chocolate Almond Peanut Fudge” to the cart – it allowed me to go to the checkout page and the item did not disappear. I tried reloading the cart page as well, but the item was in the cart.

    Could you confirm if this is already fixed?

    Hi! It should be fixed now after deactivting one of the Woocommerce add-on plugins. The templates were also outdated. But I think it’s fixed! Thank you ??
