Hey @lindsaylynch91 and @globalmatt!
Thanks for reaching out with your question, I’ll be happy to get this resolved for you.
We’ve also seen this occur with other merchants when the catalog configuration has got muddled, and some catalogs were created manually. As a quick test, before we dig in deeper, it would be great if you could delete the existing catalogs from your catalog manager. Then run reset the plugin settings in order to run through the setup wizard from fresh.
Please note: you will only need to delete the catalogs that have been, or are linked to the same WooCommerce store. If you manage other shop catalogs, they can be left as they are!
The first step is to:
1. Open up the?products catalog?once again, and select each catalog relevant for the WooCommerce store.
2. Click the?Settings?option in the left-hand sidebar
3. At the bottom of the screen, click the?Delete?button to remove the catalog and shop page link.
With that done, the shop page will be empty, and any existing links removed. We can then connect the existing catalog of the plugin to the shop page instead. The easiest way to do that is to run through the setup wizard again which will connect up the shop page and sync products.
1. In your WordPress admin head to?WooCommerce > Settings > Integration > Facebook for WooCommerce.
2. Click “Manage connection”. See screenshot here:?https://cloud.skyver.ge/o0uDe1np
3. Head to “Advanced Options” on the popup window.
4. Click the “Remove” button and confirm. See screenshot here:?https://cloud.skyver.ge/4gummdo4
5. You will be taken to a fresh Welcome screen to choose a Facebook page.
6. Set up the connection?again as described in our documentation.
7. Ensure you leave the?WooCommerce > Settings > Integration > Facebook for WooCommerce?page open while products sync.
With this second part done, the Facebook setup process should enable the Facebook shop use case for you, and link the catalog to the shop page.
Would you please let me know if the issues persist once you’ve had a chance to follow the above steps?
Cheers!
Simon.
