• I’ve created a website which uses the free version of the app.

    Items are failing to appear in the quote request despite clicking ‘add to quote’ on the product page, and it generating the message “browse the list”.

    Please advise how to fix this.

  • Yes, I also have the same problem with the current wordpress core (5.4.1–de_DE) and current plugin version (1.5.4)

    Fixed it. In my case the theme styles had a CSS rule to hide the .card class. Since it worked in a previous version, I guess the class was added recently to a template file of this plugin.

    I do not have such a CSS rule on my theme style. Please advise how to fix this

    Also, try to enable the WP DEBUG mode and check if there are errors.

    Hi there

    I’ve have tried both and I am still experiencing a delay in the products being added, and in some cases the products not being added at all.

    Please advise further on how I could try to fix.

    Hi there,

    If there are no caching issues, please try to discard any plugin conflict.
    Deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce and Request a Quote. If the issue is gone, please activate the plugins one by one until finding the conflicting plugin.
