Items stocks locked in old carts ?

    Hi I’m new I installed woo cart stock reducer but i had a problem with another plugin so I desactivated it and some items are now still in carts.
    I can see it when I go to the page products in the colum “quantity in carts”
    Does anybody knows how can I put this value down to 0 since I’m sure nobody is shopping at the momment.
    I tried the item expiration unsuccessfully.
    I tried to uninstall the plugin…
