    I have tested the importer with a polo shirt that have 8 variations and 2 options. None of them can be imported. It gives me this error in WooCommerce: Items with variable pricing cannot be imported. To be clearer: Could not import “Polo Shirt – Black, M” from Square. Items with variable pricing cannot be imported.

    Just to confirm, you were able to sync simple products, correct?

    This variable product you mentioned, does it have multiple attributtes?

    Please share with us the error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs. Then you can use the selector to search for Fatal Errors and Square errors.

    Yes, I did follow the instructions.

    I were not able to sync any products, no.

    The product have two options: color and size.
    There is 8 variations, S/M/L/XL in Black and S/M/L/XL in Navy.

    There are no square error logs to be found.

    I went through this in the beginning of figuring out this plugin. The bottom line is, the plugin does not support more than 1 variation type. So, what you will have to do is have a separate listing for each color shirt, and use the size as the variation you want to sync. It’s a pain, but as of now, that’s the limitation of the sync for this plugin. I ended up adding a separate entry in my Square system for each color of shirt I carry. Don’t forget to assign a unique SKU for each size variation as well so it all syncs over.

    Could you confirm whether you are trying to import products from Square to WooCommerce or WooCommerce to Square?

    Also, share a screenshot of the error Items with variable pricing cannot be imported with me so I can look into it and diagnose the issue.

    Lastly, go to the Settings page and share a screenshot of the Sync Settings.
    I want to verify what are the current configurations.
    Please hide or remove the Application ID and Access Token data.

    Thank you for reaching back and for sending the screenshots.

    You can’t sync these products because Square doesn’t support multiple attributes, and with your variable products, you seem to be using two: color and size.
