iThemes Blocking User Profile Image

    iThemes is blocking our users from setting a profile image. We are using a membership plugin called Indeed Ultimate Membership Pro which has the option for users to upload an image. Strangely, the image is uploaded and visible in the media library but the users can not set/save the image to their profile. Disabling iThemes and everything works as expected.

  • I am experiencing the same problem using the iThemes Security plugin along with Ultimate Membership Pro. Can anyone who uses UMP and iThemes post how they resolved this problem? Or, does anyone have a solution or advice about it?

    Same issue here, disabling iThemes Security fixes the issue.

    You have to uncheck “use brute force list network” and Network listing and it works…
