• Hey there! I’m using a print-on-demand product service called Printful and use their plugin to connect and sync things between my Woocommerce shop and their system. When I have iThemes activated, I get status errors in their plugin status tab, but they all go away when iThemes is deactivated. So it appears iThemes is blocking something important with that plugin. The two errors on their end say the following:

    1) WooCommerce authentication URL access- FAIL

Printful needs access to WooCommerce API authorize page. This sometimes may get blocked due to hosts having unnecessarily intrusive security checks in place that prevent WooCommerce API authentication from working (for example mod_security rule #1234234). If this check fails, you will not be able authorize Printful app.

    2) WordPress Site URL- WARNING*

If your currently setup WordPress site URL is redirected to another URL the integration might not work correctly. Typically this happens with incorrect http to https redirects. Go to Settings > General to fix this.

Any ideas on if there’s a certain setting I need to change in iThemes to fix this or if I need to whitelist an IP for them or something? I contacted Printful about it and they said if it was only happening when iThemes was on that I needed to reach out to you about it. I’m using the free version of iThemes, version 8.0.1, and have the latest version of WordPress.

Thanks for any guidance you can provide!
