    I am getting an error when ever I use iThemes Security and W3 Total Cache where I get the following error below the dotted line at the top of my plug-ins page. In looking at this on some WP forums. It seems there are some issue with iThemes Security and other Security Plug-ins that are not letting the plug-in write. This seems to be pretty big topic and these are 2 very popular plug-ins. Has there been some documentation on how to fix or adjust this so this works?

    FTP credentials don’t allow to write to file /nfs/c11/h01/mnt/198420/domains/XYZ.com/html/.htaccess

    W3 Total Cache Error: Files and directories could not be automatically created to complete the installation.
