• Hello Support.

I have iThemes security installed on my site and its a eCommerce site. The option to change the username in the plugin was used and iThemes changes all the site user name to be the same. I have uninstalled the plugin delete the database tables and reinstalled it. It was working fine but after 1-2 days the username are again automatically changed to be the same. I can’t login to the site.

Please help me as soon as possible because this plugin is making a nightmare for my customers.

You will probably need to investigate this a little bit more.
That will hopefully allow you to provide more info to the community.

Remember: the community knows nothing about your env …

Perhaps there is a conflict with another plugin or your active theme …

Well i have searched in the database “itsec_” and remove all table/rows having also found some more articles for uninstalling iThemes security. then i haven’t install anything on the site and after 24 hours i tried to log in to my dashboard and it says username not found. I check the database and all the username of my customers are changed to be same and passwords as well.

Post a one star review to get their attention. But look at the security guy’s review, too.
    Suggest-uninstall, revert to backup.
