ithemes security: Host locked

I’ll recommend adding your IP address to the?Authorized?Hosts. This can be done by navigating to?the WordPress dashboard???Security???Settings???Global Settings???Authorized?Hosts.

You could also follow the instructions here to temporarily disable all iTSec features, so you can log in: https://help.ithemes.com/hc/en-us/articles/360021124173-How-Do-I-Disable-All-Features-If-I-Can-t-Access-My-Site-

After adding the IP address, please enable the iTSec features.

Thank you so much for your effort to help me. When I click on Security => Settings, I end up at the iThemes Security paage and see this: https://www.mba-coach.de/wp-content/uploads/2023/06/security-screenshot.png

It is German but I assuem you know what it means. However, I don’t see “autjorized hosts” or how to move on here. Could you advise please?

Please navigate to the Settings => configure => Global settings instead.

At the moment the screenshot show you’re on the Settings => features.
