iThemes Security plugin disapeared from new staging env

  • Immediately after initial install of the plugin, I was going through enabling settings.
    After I worked with the settings to change our login url and stuff, I hit “save”, then POOF!
    Upon reload, no more itsec.
    I even manually browsed the plugins dir, and nothing in there.

    Before just hauling off and re-installing, I want to get your thoughts.
    1) What do you suggest?

    FYI, this site is a staging clone we just created a few hours before.
    Installed on the same server on a sub-domain.
    In the DB, the staging site uses a table prefix of “staging_wp_” while the production site just has the default “wp_”.

    There are no itsec tables with the staging prefix.
    There are, however, itsec tables with the plain wp prefix.

    2) Will this be a boon or a hindrance when it comes time to putting itsec on the production site ???

    And, yes, I did confirm that itsec was not initially installed on the production site by mistake ??
