iTrans slider not displaying

  • The iTrans slider no longer works on our site. When I insert using [tx] in either the page heading (insert shortcode) or anywhere on our home page I get a horizontal grey bar but no slider.
    Where can I find the answer to this problem?

    I’ve updated both the theme (iExcel) and the Templates Next toolkit and the problem persists.

    I would upgrade to iSpirit, but not if these sorts of problems exist in that theme as well.
