• Of all the WooCommerce audio plugins I’ve used, this one has been the most consistent. I don’t sell audio files; I sell sheet music, so I need my customers to hear the music. They don’t need to download or buy the music, they just need to hear the compositions present in the product.

    Some of the audio player plugins that are supported by this plugin (for visual purposes) are no longer supported by WordPress or they have been abandoned by their programmers, and it would be nice to have other audio plugins supported besides those given.

    I’d also love to be able to put the audio directly below the main product image to help even out the columns in the WooCommerce product page, but I understand that is a bit of a troublesome issue with WooCommerce at the moment. Still, if it could be worked out, it would be ideal for me, and I assume that others would find it useful to have another place for the music.

    I’m very pleased with this plugin, even if it does mean I have to replace all the audio tracks for all 400+ products. I originally had my audio files as part of the short product description, which resulted in the audio shortcode being visible when exporting the short description in plaintext (which I would do when creating a pdf catalog of the music). With this plugin, the short product description doesn’t have the mp3 link in plain sight when exported, and that’s the desired effect.

    EDIT: the advice given for placement of the audio shortcode worked wonderfully. Review upgraded to 5 stars. One of the best plugins and terrific service!

    Hello @jlking3

    Thank you very much for the review. To display the player below products’ images, you must enter the action triggered by your theme after including the image in the products’ template in the “WooCommerce Hook used to display the players in the products pages” attribute in the settings page of the plugin (https://wcmp.dwbooster.com/documentation#troubleshoot-area). Some themes use the woocommerce_product_thumbnails hook.

    If your theme does include a hook after the image on the product’s page. You can create a child theme and trigger our plugin hook:

    <?php do_action('wcmp_all_players'); ?>

    Concerning the third-party players accepted by the plugin, could you please contact us via the plugin’s website indicating the players you like us to include in the plugin integration? Contact Us.

    Best regards,.
