It's a long shot, but can you make me a PhpBB theme like this one?

So I was using bbPress with my wordpress install, but it looked horrible and had very few config options, so I asked my host if there was anything else I could use. He got PhpBB setup for me, and a buddypress/PhpBB linking plugin setup as well. When I asked him about making them look alike, he told me I’d have to have a theme made. I know nothing about coding, and I am very bad at art, so I have no idea how to do this. I want the forums (https://archez.tv/forums/) to look like the rest of the site (https://archez.tv/). The links I want at the top will be different for the forums though, I want it to be like this:
