It’s an okay plugin with some flaws
-
Since I’ll start paying 30 bucks a month after my trial is over, I’d expect a better piece of software. ConvertKit help documentation is good. The staff is good, they are responsive, and it looks like they take great care of their customers.
That being said, I spent about 45 minutes trying to understand why the plugin wasn’t showing the dozens of changes I made on CK’s website. I had to manually refresh the forms in WordPress, clear the cache (a not-so invasive Plugin, the Siteground official one), and pray. When I did all three, sometimes I would see the changes on my website.
If it was a free plugin that would be ok. But for about $350/year service, I’m expecting a plugin that works out of the box.
