It’s asking money again from already paying members

    Hi! I have a website where I sell tutorials through Patreon and when a Patreon member tries to click on the “Unlock with Patreon” button they are taken to a Patreon checkout page, even though they are already a paying member.
    If they click on “Refresh to access this content” then they are thrown back to the same page, so they can’t watch my content.
    I’ve been using this plugin for years, I always watched my content as administrator, so I’m not sure if never worked well or just now? But this is the first time when someone mentioned that can’t watch my tutorials, so I’m assuming that this problem only started recently.

    Try to turn off any caching plugin if you have one and see if this changes anything. Also, do ask your host whether they have server-side caching. Also, the official support forum is at:

    I turned off the plugin and I asked my provider to turn off their side too, but nothing changed. I still can’t see the page. If we want to “refresh” and allow for Patreon to connect to my site, it just shows the log-in page again (where I can log in with Patreon or WordPress). If I try to log in again, then I need to Allow or Deny again. If I allow, then I’m returned to the login page again.
    So it’s a squirell wheel.
    I also wrote to the official support forum, but no solution by far…

    We may have looked into this via email or Discord too, cant exactly tell which one. It may be better to just start a new topic at the forum and post the question entirely anew.
