It’s buggy. Constantly breaks down.

  • It’s buggy. Constantly breaks down. Conflicts with other plugins. Constantly. The manufacturer is trying to fix it, but it takes a long time. Meanwhile, the site is idle.

    Cannot be used for serious projects.

    The worst purchase I’ve ever made. And you can’t refuse, the sites are working. I have to buy another plugin again. Completely redesign the site. Re-register users. Thousands of users. It’s very difficult. This is ruining my business.

    @sapongchris2pher- If you could please open a support thread/ticket and let us know about the issues you are facing, our support team will be more than happy to assist. We are proactive about assisting our clients and any problems are escalated to be resolved ASAP.

    @papex can you post the website link you were using? would love to see your use case. I personally have had 0 issues, but always like to see what other people are doing. You posted 5 months ago so maybe issues were resolved.

    We are regularly maintaining our plugin and always adding new improvements and features to it. Our QA team is also always on lookout for any fringe scenarios that might not be easily replicated.
