It’s conflicting with our codding

    Hi,

    We have created a custom page and we have called the wp-config.php for the database connection. After installing this plugin our custom php page throwing an error it’s “500 Internal server error” we also noticed after include the wp-config file it’s throwing the error. Can you please provide a solution so we can use this plugin.

    Can you please create another WordPress website with default WP installation settings and twenty nineteen theme in a subfolder of your server/domain and install the WPBot there?

    Let us know what happens so we can move onto the next step in troubleshooting.

    Thanks for your quick reply, yes we will set up the default WP installation and let you know.

    Apart from this issue we also facing another big problem, after starting the communication chatbot asking “Please provide your Phone number” Please help us to validate the phone number if the user or visitors provide incorrect input example “123abcd” or “abcdefgh” even “123456..” it’s accepting. Can you please help us to validate the input data like phone number must be 10 digits numeric value. Also, email if they provide it will check the proper email address or not.

    NUmber validation is already available in the pro version of the plugin. We will add the feature in the free version in a future release soon.
