It’s connected but nothing happens

    I have installed the plugin, integrated the Google account, selected the sheet I wanted to connect, enabled all of the available tabs and submited the data. But the sheet is still empty after two successful orders on my site.

    What should I do?

    Thanks for getting in touch

    When you configured the sheet, is it ahowing the headers in row 1?

    If not then confirm
    – You have authenticated with Google Drive and Sheets Permissions
    – Make sure you have connected with the same sheet you have connected

    Let me know more with the screenshot or creating a loom video showing the issue

    Thanks for the quick response!

    I have created a new sheet only for this. It’s called “Vendas Site” and it’s empty. There were two new orders since then and it is still empty.

    Thanks for the screenshot,

    Can you confirm that all the sheets has been created as per selection, like pending orders, processing orders and so on..?
    It looks that Headers did not created in the selected sheet
    When you save the settings on the above page, all the sheets along with headers must be created.
