The plugin has a lot of potential but the fact that you need to search for a subscriber to see if it’s a duplicate will cost anyone that enters hundreds of subscribers a day a lot of time, so much so that it’s not worth buying.

I worked with another plugin, it notified you if there was a duplicate and then ticked the new mailing list to add the subscriber to. This saves a lot of time, but how it should really work is to enter an email address and then an AJAX call will check if already in the db, if so, ask if you want to load it, and you can then tick the new mailing list options for the user and click save.

I wanted to try the PRO features but it didn’t work without paying. My own mistake of risking it. I asked for a refund within an hour, but they declined, it’s their perogative. I mentioned that it’s not suitable for anyone that enters a lot of emails a day, but it fell on deaf ears.

Hopefully, the data entry interface will be improved, it would be a really good option to look at then.

That’s another thing, you guys just ignore me when I write 3 times and the last time in CAPITALS “IGNORE THE DUPLICATE EMAIL ISSUE” and then continue to explain it’s a user experience issue. You keep hammering on this issue I reported initially and you don’t seem to or want to listen.

You either totally have no clue or you simply ignore what is being said, either way. Good luck, and hopefully you guys learn to read and implement the user interface changes in the future.
