    There are several possibilities for a scan to get stuck.

    This can be an environment-specific issue as we weren’t able to replicate the issue on our environment.
    Else it can be due to the conflicts with other plugins installed on your site.
    Sometimes caching plugins create issues with the scans.
    We might have to look into it, so can you please raise a ticket from the support form available in the plugin or from our miniOrange website.
