• Hi All,

I installed WP with Softaculous in mysite.com/blog and access from mysite.com/blog/wp-admin and try to install a new theme downloaded some days ago. Note that the first page mysite.com is NOT the homepage of WP.

I Clicked Apperance –> Themes –> Add New, so that it opens the page Add Themes, but the page is empty!!

I have some links (upload theme, featured, popular, latest, favorites, feature filter) but they all send me to a dead link: mysite.com/blog/wp-admin/theme-install.php#

What is that hashtag at the end of the link?

    What can I do?

Here you can find a screenshot of the page:

    Thank you all.

  • Could you disable all the plugins and see if it works after that? And make sure to let the page load before doing that.

Hi and thank you for your time, today I try to access to the plugin page, but I can’t, this is the error I can see:

    ‘Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@********************.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.’

Now that you ask me this, I remember that I install the loginizer plugin when I installed WP.

I should uninstall WP and then re-install it without the loginizer plugin?

    Thank you very much.

Tryied to uninstall WP and reinstall it without loginizer, but the problem is still here, I can see in the dashboard that one plugin need update, but I can’t see what plugin because when I click on the plugin page it crashes with the same error above…

I repeat: the installation is new (from softaculous) and this time without plugins….

    Help please!

    Gabriel
