I like the plugin but i have some problems:

1) If i add new bank the boton of “upload file image” it is invisible and the “sorting” field is blank, so I cant test the plugin for possible order of premium version.

I tried change the php version and in diferents wp installations ( hosted in godaddy) and still not success :/

Getting the upload image button to work inside the new bank option has proven to be really difficult.

If you add a new bank and then save the button will now display and you can then sort.

Yes, after save the new bank i can see the image, but the new bank not showing in fontend table, i think it is my problem.

All I can suggest is you look at the settings again – try duplicating one of the banks that does work

You just have to type it all in by hand.

Or if you have the upgrade you can use the CSV uploader.
