there is quite a bit of blank space after that, so i suggest to put your twitter/facebook fan page/other social profiles/youtube channel etc. there to make the space look full.
You can consider removing these – /2010/10/ from your links, the option is available under settings/permalinks in your wordpress admin panel.
remove the “Support My Site” text from the sidebar, just above the adsense ads, that is against adsense policies.
i see that you are using the facebook share button on your single posts, perhaps you can use a few more buttons in there, like the twitter voting button etc.
