Its middle of the day and no more sessions, but there is no appointments booked

Hi There,

So I notice that there is a gap between the current time and sessions available for booking. Like if it is currently 9am, I can only book for times of 2pm or after. So there is a gap of 5 hours or so. And at 3pm, I can no longer book, since the store is closed at 7pm, so I can book for the next day. Please note that on this day there are no bookings at all.

What is creating this gap?
My book time range is set at quarter of an hour to 1 year.

Is there a setting that I missed?
