    Hello,
    After installing the plugin, it’s not showing up in woocommerce shipping at all.
    I’m not getting an error on install or activation. I am running a multisite, multilingual woocommerce. Do you know what could be causing this issue.

  • Hi @sue_c,

    To check as to why the rates are not coming, kindly enable the debug option in plugin settings and then try to place an order in the cart page. You will get the request and response.
    Check the response for any error message. You can then identify the error from the response.

    If you need assistance on this, just copy and paste the request and response here. Make sure to remove the sensitive info from them as this is a public forum.

    Hello,
    There are no settings to access, the shipping module isn’t listed in woocommerce/settings/shipping in admin area. When i installed the plugin in a simple wordpress woocommerce site, or a wordpress woocommerce wpml site it was there, listed in the woocommerce/settings/shipping. The issue seems to be the multisite install. Is there a work around for this?

    You’ll have to deactivate the plugin in the Network Admin, and activate the plugin only in the child site,

    If you are not getting the rates, can you please provide us the FedEx request and FedEx response so that we can check the issue?

    Here is a video that you can follow to get the required details.
    Note : Make sure that you remove the sensitive info regarding your account from the request.
