It's not translating and it returns error, please fix this.

Hi,
We are having a problem using the plugin, we are currently using it for almost all of our websites (We are supporting hundred of sites and releasing more every month).
But right now this is not translating anymore and it gives us this error
https://85.17.190.170:9003/socket.io/1/?t=1449537292113 net::ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED
This also happend even if we’re not using the plugin https://www.translatecompany.com/translate-this/
please let me know if this can be fix on our end.
