    I’m sorry but we can’t answer without looking at your site, could you please give us the URL in which we can check the error you are reporting?
    If possible, attach also a screenshot of the plugin settings please.

    The plugin setting are ok but there is a problem in your website with a javascript file that stop YITH Zoom Magnifier from working as expected.
