Its ok but…

So first off, a lot of spelling mistakes in all the templates, so you’ve to go in and change all of them.

On the main page that displays all the tickets, there is no easy way to delete tickets. It would be really handy if there was a mass delete option, or an option to tick boxes then delete the tickets.

The spelling mistakes threw me the most, time and effort to make changes to a plugin which I was hoping was fresh out the box.

For what it does, it works, but it is sluggish and expect very large icons. Would be nice if you could change how everything was displayed rather than being in your face.
