It's ok but needs some work

It’s is really good from a functionality perspective but they have gone way overboard with css styling – to the point that it is just ugly and painful.
The documentation is pretty cryptic and difficult to understand and they provide no support whatsoever so you’re stuck with cryptic help docs!
I give is a 5/5 for functionality but I had to rate it down for it’s really ugly and un-user friendly interface and the over abundance of css styling…
