It’s okay, but still needs a lot of work!

I’m using this theme on a brand new install of wordpress. It came with the default install.

I’ve found it still need a lot of work, even to get the normal basic things properly working. Like:

• A proper one-column blog page (without the Page title on the left, where it shouldn’t be) without having to resolve to creating a child theme,
• a proper full width (instead of the current (January 2017) difference between the menu and the text again without having to resolve to creating a child theme,
• Excerpts showing up instead of full blog posts. There is a reason why I manually write an excerpt and set the settings to show the excerpt

I hope these are things that will be fixed in updates to the theme.
