Its showing two time at checkout for the same product

Regarding your issue, if I understand well, you want just one “terms and conditions” checkbox, right (https://prnt.sc/bEeAui_fFhH0)

The #1 is added by WooCommerce, and the #2 by our plugin.

Actually i was checking when i was login into wordpress and then it is showing two terms and conditions for the same products
I dont want to remove the website terms and conditions that is fine

This is what showing if i am login on the following screenshot that shared. When i open it from different browser without login then it showing same what you sent

Thanks kindly ignore my last message it was somehow showing two times on staging website but when i did on live website its working fine.
