iTunes Not Updating

    This is the URL for your podcast feed: https://untoldstories.life/feed/podcast and I see that is formatting weirdly by removing line breaks and various other things. There will be a different plugin that is causing that to happen as SSP is very specific and intentional with the way that it formats your feed content.

    Please update to the latest version (v1.13) as I see that you are on v1.12.1 still. If that does not fix your feed then you will need to deactivate all of your other plugins and then reactivate them one by one to see which one is causing the conflict with SSP.

    Unfortunately fixing that kind of thing is well outside of the scope of this support forum though.

    How will I be able to tell the feed is working again, other than wait for iTunes to sync (possibly leaving my site broken or exposed in the mean time while the plugin is down)?

    I just checked your feed again (https://untoldstories.life/feed/podcast) and it all looks correct now. So whatever you changed on your side looks like it has sorted out. iTunes should sync with your site now, but if you are able to force a re-sync with them then yoj should do that (I’m not 100% sure if you’re able to do that though).
