iTunes used to update my feed hourly. Now at least a day

I used to be able to upload my show and it would update within an hour. I know something must have been tweaked accidentally with TTL as it now takes a good day for iTunes to update. Stitcher on the other hand updates my feed within 30 minutes or so. Any thoughts?
My TTL is 1440 and I can’t make it any lower.
