Iubenda plugin inhibits Ninja Form

    My contact form is built using Ninja Forms (which I’ve used on 20+ websites with no problem). However, the Ninja Form wasn’t displaying so I deactivated my plugins one by one and it was the Iubenda one which was causing the issue.

    I absolutely need the contact form to be displayed – is there a solution to showing it when using the Iubenda cookie solution?

    thank you for reaching us.

    Can you please try to switch parsing engine in our plugin?

    • In the Cookie Solution area of our plugin, click “Configure”;
    • You can switch the parsing engine from primary to secondary or vice-versa. Screenshot: https://prnt.sc/hjGRbdF7rr03

    Most of the times, this can solve this kind of issues.
