I've just installed the latest WP, but message still appears

  • Hi WP mates,
    first of all, thanks for the time spend on my question.

    I’ve just installed the latest WP “by hand” method. However, the message that announce the new version still appears.

    Why?

    How can I show to WP that the latest version is just installed?
