I've lost Yoast's SEO plugin
-
I have a problem, although my site didn’t go blank. I’m on WP 4.1.1 and all of a sudden Yoast’s SEO plugin has gone. It went wrong when updating this plugin to version 1.7.3.3. A re-install doesn’t work, it only returns this notification:
————————————————————————————————————
Destination folder already exists. /sites/brainvoyagermusic.com/www/d38r3c3n/wp-content/plugins/wordpress-seo/Plugin install failed.
————————————————————————————————————So now I have lost all my extensive SEO-settings for my complete site. They took my weeks to set and to deploy. I have been using this plugin for 2 years now. How can I get it back WITH my existing settings?
I checked with my FTP-client and saw that the destination folder and all its content indeed still exists. So I’m sure that all of my settings are still there too.
TacoVerdo, your solution here: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/update-puts-front-end-blank?replies=3#post-6617361 doesn’t work for me.
I’m totally lost right now…
