I've paid over $200.00 and am not getting email answered

I have had my account for just 2 months. When I got the first bill I was a little concerned because it was higher than expected but the second was worse than the first. I sent several emails to support@tinypng to inquire about the billing process. I have never received an answer. I sent a couple of Twitter messages. Still nothing.
This is very frustrating and is causing me to question whether I made a mistake when I gave my credit card information to Voormedia.
I have had problems with the plugin not compressing all of the files and my PageSpeed is suffering. It went from 93 to 87.
