If you think that there is a bug with the product you can log a ticket on the tracker. If there’s a bug with the theme, you’d need to raise it with the theme author.

It is WordPress core problem. Issuing a ticket is my last hope. Thanks.

Bugs that are reported and that have a patch have a better chance of making it into core.
