• Hello,
I’m new to WP and excited to get my blog up and running. I am trying to include google ads at the end (or anywhere, really) of my posts and no matter what I do they won’t show up. I have tried changing templates, using different ad types, moving the ads around – and it is just a blank area on the post. Any ideas?

The adsense is after the post/before the comments

    Thanks!

The reason it’s not working is that you are pasting the Adsense code directly into your post.

By default, WordPress breaks Javascript inside posts. Whether this is intentional or not is really a matter of debate.

Most people want the Adsense blocks in defined locations instead. Like to always have one after the posts or something. Then you don’t have to paste the code into every post or anything like that, you just have to put the code into the right place in your template.

Or you can use plugins like Adsense Deluxe to make it easier to add the code into the posts. If you really want to put the adsense into posts, use that plugin.
