I’ve used Bookly for almost five years now, and I am still very satisfied. It’s very versatile, it has a great ease of use and a big plus is that it has no subscription fee. There are lots of booking services that ask a monthly fee. I’m sure they do a fine job, but it still costs money each month. With Bookly you’re set after payment. I think I’ve saved hundreds of Euros by using Bookly.
My clients love to be able to pick an appointment by themselves, pay for it and just show up and this is the case for both existing as new customers. There are tons of possibilities and choices to make the booking as simple or as elaborate as you like. I also really love the connection with my Google Calendar and how bookings appear in my calendar almost like magic.
And sure, there sometimes are small issues with the plugin since all software is a work in progress, but my experience is that support is quick and always knowledgeable and helpful.
