I’ve waited 2 years to post. Too many issues

  • I’ve been using this amp plugin for two years now in half a dozen different sites and I have to say that it just doesn’t cut it. Right now we have an issue with it working intermittently. Yeah, sometimes it does and sometimes it doesn’t. But the really frustrating thing is that we spent a ton of effort on our computer pages where we really did a lot of SEO work and really prefer that the search engines read them for the info they use to rank us. Think that would be simple right? nope. Wanted to charge a minimum of a $1,000 for a custom plugin. For small things the staff has been helpful and they fix thing pretty quickly but when dealing with something so important as what data they are looking at the wheels fall off. Going to start testing the other one everyone hates even more. :-/

    I tried to get help with several issues for 4 months and have all the support tickets to prove it. The only time they were really concerned was when this negative review came up and then they only wanted to address the smaller issues.
